Birmingham firm Wragge & Co is preparing for a renewed assault on the graduate recruitment market and is in the process of overhauling the trainee section of its website.
The revamped campaign has seen the firm ditch the strapline ‘Breaking into law’, in favour of the slogan ‘The lawyer you want to be’. The firm has also added social media connections, trainee blogs and videos to the website.
Graduate recruitment manager Chloe Lloyd said: “I hope the new campaign will bring Wragge & Co to people’s attention – if it is not already – and to really highlight our expansion into the international market.
“We are an international law firm and it’s important to get that across, and the exciting opportunities available to our current and future trainees. We want to let them know what the firm is really about and how an excellent, hands-on training experience will equip them to be the lawyer they want to be.”
The firm is set to visit 14 universities as part of its recruitment drive and is targeting a mixture of the Russell Group institutions and universities in the 1994 group.
Wragges is also in the throes of introducing several international secondments, with details to be confirmed early next year.
