Norton Rose Fulbright has kept on 96 per cent of its final seat trainees in newly qualified (NQ) positions this spring, its best result in several years.
The firm had 23 qualifiers and offered positions to 22, with all accepting.
Some 21 firms have now announced their spring retention figures. Of those firms with more than 10 qualifiers, Norton Rose Fulbright’s 96 per cent is currently the best.
Meanwhile, Hill Dickinson has retained all six of its qualifiers. Two go into the London office, two to Manchester and two to Liverpool.
Two of its NQs join the aviation and commodities team, with another two going to the healthcare group. The final two will join the insurance and insolvency teams.
