Debevoise & Plimpton has become the third firm to announce a 100 per cent newly qualified (NQ) retention rate for September 2012.
The US firm has announced it is keeping all six of its autumn 2012 qualifying trainee solicitors.
Farrers is the only other law firms to reveal 100 per cent retention rate so far, keeping 10 and 11 trainees respectively (14 June 2012).
The news follows Olswang and White & Case revealing September NQ retention rates of 64 per cent and 81 per cent respectively (18 July 2012).
Meanwhile, Ashurst announced a rate of 83 per cent for its autumn qualifiers (11 July 2012).
Elsewhere, Slaughter and May and SNR Denton revealed they were holding onto 87.5 per cent and 83 per cent of trainees respectively (9 July 2012).
