I’m about to graduate and still don’t have a training contract. I’m therefore thinking about giving up on law. Any suggestions on what I should do instead?
I’m in the final year of my law degree and haven’t managed to secure a training contract. I have a place on the Legal Practice Course, starting in September, which I was planning to fund myself. But given the state of the graduate job market I’m now starting to get cold feet and thinking that getting myself into thousands of pounds of debt without any guarantee of a job at the end is a really bad idea. I’m therefore wondering whether I should just give up on law and pursue another career. Any suggestions on what I should do?
