<a class=Addleshaw Goddardopen day places up for grabs as VoxBox returns to law fairs” />Addleshaw Goddards X-Factor-style video booth dubbed the VoxBox is returning to the graduate recruitment circuit as another law fair season gets underway.

The VoxBox, which made its law fair debut in 2007 will be at Leeds, Leicester, Manchester and Nottingham law fairs this year. Details of all of this year’s law fairs can be found in’s events diary.

This year, however, Addleshaws is giving away 20 highly sought after places on its open days to students who record the best footage. To enter students have to explain, in less than two minutes, what interests them in commercial law and why they deserve a place on the national law firms open days.

Addleshaws graduate recruitment manager Brett Galloway told While face-to-face graduate recruitment activities are crucial its also important to find more innovative ways to market the firm to students.

Three students who recorded footage of themselves in the VoxBox last year were offered training contract places. But suffice to say that it was not the one who recorded a dance performance.

The footage will be judged by a panel made up of Addleshaws graduate recruitment team and Lawyer 2B editor Husnara Begum.
