Win a free GDL or LPC place at BPP

Lawyer 2B has once again teamed up exclusively with BPP Law School to give away two free places, one on its Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and one its Legal Practice Course (LPC).

For this year’s competition we are again asking you to write about a subject that is close to the legal profession: pro bono. We are after an article on any community, voluntary or charitable work project that you, your law school or university has been involved in during the past 12 months. Or you could write about an initiative that you may not have worked on, but which nevertheless inspires you.

All you have to do is prepare a 1,500-word feature to appear in the summer 2011 issue of Lawyer 2B magazine.

Dean of BPP Peter Crisp said: “There was an overwhelming response to last year’s competition, with a very high standard of entries. Entrants demonstrated excellent writing skills and the personal experiences were impressive. The judges were faced with a tough challenge drawing up the shortlist and selecting the winners. We’re continuing with the same theme this year as part of our commitment to pro bono. Good luck to all our entrants.”

Details of the winning articles are below:
