TLT keeps on 80 per cent of qualifiers

Bristol-headquartered TLT has retained 80 per cent of its qualifying trainees, keeping four of five on a permanent basis.

The NQs will join the the firm’s Bristol and London offices in the commercial dispute, corporate recovery and insolvency and pensions departments.

Trainee principal Richard Hayllar said: “The success of our trainees is vital to TLT, which is why we provide them with a clear career development plan so they can maximise their potential and deliver a first-rate offering to clients.”

Last week, Pinsent Masons revealed that it is retaining 84 per cent of its autumn qualifiers, while Irwin Mitchell and Eversheds announced rates of 80 per cent and 84.5 per cent respectively (10 September 2013).
