The Lawyer’s annual HR Awards brought some much needed cheer to the legal sector last night (9 February) with Browne Jacobson and CMS Cameron McKenna picking up gongs for their work in graduate recruitment.
Browne Jacobson’s simplified application procedures and new trainee development programme helped it win the award for the Best Graduate Trainee Recruitment Campaign.
CMS Cameron McKenna, meanwhile, picked up a prize for the Most Innovative Recruitment Initiative.
Judges praised the Camerons’ Let’s Talk Law campaign, which has seen the firm widen its university target base as well as establish open days for careers advisors.
Other winners included Addleshaw Goddard, which walked away with Most Effective Diversity Programme.
But the night belonged to Norton Rose, which picked up gongs for Innovation in Talent Management & Retention and HR Team of the Year.
Lawyer 2B would like to congratulate all the winners.
