Law is third-most popular career choice for London teens

Law is the third most popular career choice for London’s teens, a survey has revealed

Skills London polled 16-year-olds across the city and discovered that becoming a doctor was the top ambition for school leavers. ’Teacher’ came second and ’lawyer’ third.

The survey also found that students are less confident about earning high wages than in previous years. In 2014, 48 per cent of 16-year-olds said they expected to earn £40,000pa after five years. In 2015, that figure has dropped to 34 per cent.
