Kaplan Law School has been crowned the exclusive Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Graduate Diploma in Law provider for Farrer & Co.
The addition of Farrers takes Kaplan’s exclusive law firm client list total to 14, creeping up on BPP Law School and the College of Law, which boast 25 and 27 LPC clients respectively.
David Ball, head of learning and development at Farrers, said: “We were really impressed by the focus on quality that came through in all of our work with Kaplan, and are looking forward to tailoring a stimulating and challenging programme right for our trainees.”
Farrers’ trainees will participate in Kaplan’s “Bridge to Practice” programme, which offers a more practical training with modules that stimulate scenarios that the trainees will encounter at the firm.
Giles Proctor, head of Kaplan, said: “We look forward to delivering a high-quality course that supports their focus on excellence in practice, as evidenced by their raft of awards and credentials.”
The latest signing follows Kaplan’s exclusive partnership deals with Holman Fenwick Willan and Shearman & Sterling last Autumn.
The partnership with Farrers will begin from September 2012.
