From paralegal to firm director in three years

A former paralegal is now a director, after joining her firm three years ago.

Claudia Sofia Curcillo has been promoted to director at Liverpudlian personal injury firm Hampson Hughes.

Former law student at Kingston upon Thames University, Curcillo took her legal practice course at the Chester campus of the University of Law.

She joined the firm in 2010 and was awarded its first-ever training contract in 2011, qualifying as a solicitor in April 2013. During her training contract she helped to establish the firm’s costs department, which now employs ten members of staff.

Paul Hampson, joint managing director at Hampson Hughes Solicitors, said: “Claudia has excelled in her role showing absolute commitment and dedication to legal excellence.”
