Nabarro has awarded pay increases to its associates and newly qualified (NQ) lawyers, handing all PQE stages incremental pay rises.
The rises run from 1.5 per cent to 3 per cent, with first year trainee salaries staying static at £37,000.
NQ pay has risen by 3 per cent from £59,000 to £61,000 while 1 PQE pay has risen by the same proportion, from £64,500 to £66,500. Further up the pay scale, 2 PQE pay has risen by 1.5 per cent and 3 PQE wages have jumped by 2.5 per cent. The full details for each salary band can be seen in the table below.

Nabarro also revealed that it paid its associates over £1m in bonuses during the 2014/15 financial year. Its scheme allows associates to earn up to 20 per cent of their salary in performance-linked bonuses.
This salary season has seen the majority of firms raise salaries, with US firms hiking wages by up to 20 per cent.
