An unorthodox training contract

I’m worried that my training contract will far from guarantee me an NQ position at any firm, what should I do?.

My TC was a bit of a nightmare. I wasn’t so much in four or five distinct seats but all over the place picking up work where I could. I definitely did enough and it’s taught me to be resilient and not too sensitive – being self-sufficient was essential. My question is, how truthful should I be when applying to NQ positions?

Should I try to present my different areas of experience as seats and emphasise which ones I worked on a lot and talk less about which areas I only have minor experience of or should I be honest and say that I have wide experience, have learned a lot and am more independent and self-assured than many vying for NQ positions?
