Addleshaw Goddard has revealed an 81 per cent retention rate for autumn 2013, following a 100 per cent spring rate.
The firm is keeping 25 of a cohort of 31 trainees on in as newly-qualified (NQ) solicitors. All offers made by the firm were accepted.
Last September the firm retained 27 of 32 trainees, a retention rate of 84 per cent (12 September 2012).
Yesterday, Pinsent Masons revealed that it would retain 84 per cent of its autumn qualifiers while Irwin Mitchell and Eversheds announced rates of 80 per cent and 84.5 per cent respectively (10 September 2013).
