BPP faces Law Soc downgrade

BPP Law School’s London branch could lose its ‘excellent’ rating.

A Law Society audit is understood to have recommended that the branch be downgraded to ‘very good’. This now has to be approved by an assessors meeting.

The news comes ahead of BPP’s Manchester launch in September, and just after last year’s opening in Leeds.

BPP’s London branch was last audited in May 2003, when it was rated ‘excellent’.

It is the exclusive City LPC provider for Slaughter and May, Lovells, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith and Norton Rose.
