BPP block release LPC is approved

BPP Law School’s plans to offer its part-time Legal Practice Course in block-release chunks have been approved by the Law Society.

From September 2002, 72 part-time places will be available from BPP’s London branch. Courses will be taught once a month at weekends and are aimed at students who are already employed elsewhere or have other commitments, such as family.

BPP has also been authorised to expand its Bar Vocational Course provision in the autumn. The number of available full-time BVC places will increase from 120 to 216. In addition, 48 part-time places will be created on a new part-time course, which will be taught over weekends.
