Nabarro has revealed it will retain all of its eight qualifying trainees this spring.
The firm announced a 100 per cent retention rate today, stating that all eight trainees would continue working for it in a newly-qualified (NQ) capacity.
All of the eight will work in Nabarro’s London office and one trainee will qualify into each of the following teams: construction, corporate, EU/competition, funds, real estate, indirect real estate, pensions and planning.
Graduate recruitment partner James Snape said: “We always try to retain as many of our trainees as possible and so we are delighted at being able to retain 100 per cent this January, on top of our rate last September.”
Nabarro originally reported that its September 2013 retention was 78 per cent, with 15 of 18 trainees staying in an NQ capacity. However, two late placements meant that other trainees were offered positions within the construction and litigation teams, making the actual retention rate 94 per cent.
