  • On top of departing partners and pathetic profits, now they can't even offer the next generation a future. The Dentons downward spiral (ongoing for a decade at least) seems to be picking up momentum at an alarming pace.

  • Top marks for honesty, but nil points for tact: "We’re planning for significantly stronger profitability across the firm in this financial year and unfortunately we’ve needed to take a number of tough decisions."

  • "planning for greater profitability". What does that mean? Nothing. Like much of the flim flam that comes out of SNR Denton, it is words without substance. In reality, SNR Denton will demote or cut loose equity partners to inflate ppp. In the meantime, non-equities have been forced to make capital contributions and suffer salary holdbacks - the payment of the holdbacks dependent on the firm making "budget".
