The College of Law (CoL) has secured a deal to be the exclusive Legal Practice Course (LPC) provider for leading social housing law firm Croftons Solicitors.
Manchester-based Croftons will, from this autumn, send all future trainees to the CoL’s Manchester centre to study the LPC part time while continuing to work for the firm.
Croftons deals in social housing property and litigation, commercial real estate, charitable trusts, mediation and personal injury.
Tricia Chatterton, business development director at the CoL, said: “We are delighted to be collaborating with such an interesting specialist firm, which is well known as an expert within the social housing field and a long-standing player in the North West in particular.”
This follows news that US firm Dechert has chosen the college as its sole LPC provider. (20 June 2012)
