Burges Salmon has become the third firm to reveal a 100 per cent newly qualified (NQ) retention rate for autumn 2012.
The Bristol-headquartered firm has confirmed it is holding onto all 21 of its September 2012 qualifying trainee solicitors.
The firm joins Debevoise & Plimpton and Farrers, which both announced 100 per cent retention rates, keeping all six and 10 respectively (20 July 2012).
The news follows Dickinson Dees posting a 87 per cent NQ retention rate after 13 out of 15 trainees accepted positions with the firm (26 July 2012).
The result was a significant boost from the previous qualification round where the Newcastle-based firm retained just 36 per cent of NQs.
